ASSITEC is the software that allows you to reduce the costs of the technical assistance network and improves the quality of after-sales services.

It is intended for every reality, both for small companies and large groups.

It supports the customer assistance process, from call center management to interaction with technicians in the field, up to archiving and reporting on the services provided.

What does it do

Assitec allows you to control and manage the entire assistance and maintenance process, from the creation of contracts, to the planning of visits, to the receipt and assignment of customer calls, to the management of technicians in the field, up to the reporting of interventions, all accompanied by detailed technical-functional statistics also aimed at measuring the efficiency of the service, using KPI indicators.

Assitec allows companies that use it to manage the installed fleet in a timely manner, also by directly interfacing with the IT systems of the sales area. Knowledge and constant maintenance over time of the installation is of fundamental importance for effective management of the service.

  1. Planning Technical Assistance interventions in real time
    The operations centre, through constant consultation of the work in progress, knows the position and commitments of the technicians in the field, to efficiently manage the time of mobile personnel; this translates into a better saturation of resources.
  2. Optimizing communication between headquarters and traveling technical staff
    Thanks to the advanced use of the communication services provided by Assitec (SMS and E-Mail), the need to make voice calls is considerably reduced, optimizing times and costs. For example, it is possible to send an SMS warning of a request for intervention to one or more technicians with a simple click.
  3. Improving the image and quality of the service
    Thanks to the improvement of the efficiency of the assistance process, it is possible to reach higher levels of service, guaranteeing a competitive advantage. The detailed reporting of the interventions performed also helps to make the relationship with the customer more transparent.

    The reporting system, using the most common KPI indicators, allows you to analyze the performance of the technical service, allowing it to be monitored in real time.     By means of AssitecOffLine for laptop PC and AssitecMobile for Tablet and Smartphone it is possible to work calls in offline mode, to ensure full operation even in areas not covered by a good network signal.

    Assitec allows the automatic pre-compilation of the intervention reports that the technician will only have to perfect and have the customer sign, with a considerable saving on service times.
  7. Building document practices
    By integrating with the "Attach" module, all documents are automatically archived in electronic format (E-mail, requests for intervention, estimates, acceptances, intervention reports, functional checks, invoices, etc.).
    When consulting a call, with a simple click it is possible to consult all the relative documentation.
  8. Signing electronically
    By integrating with the "A-Sign" module, documents can be signed with an electronic signature, and, once archived, make maintaining a paper archive superfluous.
  9. Managing spare parts and adjust stocks to real needs
    Assitec guarantees full traceability of parts delivered to field technicians, and can manage the exchange of parts between central warehouses and technicians or between technician and technician. This feature allows you to drastically reduce your inventory.
